Roof Marker lights??

I would like to add the roof marker lights to my truck. Has anyone done this?? If so how difficult would it be?? Are the wires al ready in place wou would I have to run wires up into the head liner??

How do the pacer lights compare to the OEM lights?? I would like to keep them looking like the oem lights... even if it means going to the dealer.Any one have the GM Part Numbers??

They are identical... But, if you want the GM part numbers, go to the URL link in the previous message and you'll find some notes there with the numbers. I'd encourage you to read the messages in that link. We thrashed this quite heavily back in 2003 and your questions will have answers there.

I never understood marker lights. What are they for. IS there a purpous to them or are they just for looks?

Thanks again... I read through the post here, and have one other question... Any leaks yet?? Were I leave the temperature goes to extremes from 80-90 in the summer to below zero in the winter months...

 

Also I looked up the part # in the other given in the other posts. They appear to be for 99-2002 model years. Any one have the # for 03-present??

No leaks. Heck, the holes that you are DRILLING INTO YOUR ROOF are small and easy to seal with any type of gasket sealer, if you want to seal up the holes.
