Step-sill Protection

Hello guys, I was poking around the GM Accessories page the other day and saw they have Step-Sill Protectors...an entire set for my 'rado was $23...my sills had a couple small scratches on them from my people getting in and out...no more...check them out . Took me about 10 minutes to put them on with the washing and preparation time. If you want great protection for your sill area, go grab a set from your dealer, great value! ...later, :seeya::crackup::cheers:

Yep, been using those on every truck I've owned since '91.

I would have bought them earlier but they were not on the GMA website until recently (yet the service guy showed me a booklet with them that I had not seen)...I never asked the parts manager about them...assumed ( ) if they were not listed online they were not available...at least I have them now, glad I do, later,:crackup::cheers:

Yep, I got some of those about 2 months ago for the 04 HD. I also got an OBS underhood light--the one that has the cord/reel. I have used it once allready.

GUYS................AutoVent Shade also makes those step sheilds.

Most big box parts stores sell them.

I had/have them on my 97/01/04s and my dads S-10....................geo

I put a set on my truck last weekend, they are nice, although I think they could use a little more double-sided tape to hold them on. Still worth the money in my opinion however.

I agree and was thinking the same thing when I was putting mine on...but they are not going to come off, that is for sure, just have to press down quite a bit...later,:crackup::cheers:

The GM Accessory ones are the same as the Autoventshade ones. I've always used the Autoventshade ones. I bought a set for my Dad's crew cab at Advance Auto for $17 a set.
