I have a 2002 chevy blazer (2WD V-6) with 61,000 miles making a loud humming noise as it goes down the road. Seems to get a little quite when making a left turn. I believe it"s a front wheel bearing. If so how much does the bearing cost and where can I find instruction on replacing the bearing.

The bearing is not difficult to replace. Actually, you'll be replacing the whole hub assembly. It's just bolted on. I don't do parts so I can't help you with the price, but OEM ain't cheap.
