Best programmer?

My FIL has an '02 2500 D-Max/Ally Crew Cab 4x4. He is looking into "chipping" his truck, but does not know which one to do. So, I ask the experts, which one is the best.

His goal: Gain MPG (truck is mostly a Daily Driver, with weekend hauler duty), and gain some power for pulling the mountains in Utah. He is not looking to drag race, but wants some extra umph for pulling the hills when he has his camper on and boat in tow. Finally, it can't be too loud, as the MIL also drive this ride on a regular basis, plus it is their tow rig.

Options:

1. Westers tune with exhaust

2. Edge/Juice combo with exhaust

3. Banks six gun with exhaust

So, which one is going to give him what he is looking for?

Edge Juice is the proven standard for the DMAX. Adjustable HP settings for towing and hauling ass, proven performance, and no need to keep sending it back for changes. It gives plenty of performance options out of the box. I've tried the diablow predator, juice , and Quadzilla....the most reliable tunes are from the Edge Juice.
