05 Electric Engine Fans

Have a 05 yukon, 4.8 engine with electric engine fan instead of reg. clutch fan. Noticed last week that when parked with engine runing the fan makes a re-occuring(revolving) loud humming noise, like a dry bearing noise just higher pitched. I know that these fans come on 05 silverados and Sierras, does anyone know if this kind of noise is normal? I have had vehcle for 3 months, just noticed noise 1 week ago. Has anyone else noticed similar noises from these fans?

Thanks for any help, just trying to decide if I need to take it to dealership or not.

My fans on high-rev sounds exactly like that, fans on high-rev. No bearing noise at all. I'd certainly take it in for a warranty check.
