96 c1500 electric seat

I've developed a problem with the drivers seat on my 96 C1500 and need a little help to fix it. The lumbar and forward/backward swithes work but the two switches that rotate the seat back and forth do not work. I got them to work once with the ignition off as I was looking under the seat and when I sat on the seat the seat evelated and stayed in the up postion. Any help would be deeply appreciated.
