Rascal Sweet born april 1993, gone may 05

was looking at my sig, made me sad. Rascal, the old boy, is gone. he just turned 12. I figure he either got on a deer or got killed chasing some bitch dog. his daddy was a deer dog, and I never did get his breeding out of Rascal. Deer lead to a high way to cross, a river to swim, and some back roads. It's been 2 weeks and even if he swam the river, he should've been home. maybe somebody will call from the radio thing. he droped his collar in the yard. he had a thick neck, and I wouldn't it on tight. rib eyes for both of us if he makes it back, but I figure, if dogs got a heaven, some angel is hunting. just hope he's a better shot than me.

Man- I am truly sorry about you loosing your buddy. Its always hard, especially when you don't know what happened. I know how it is.... I just hope by the time you read this y'all are eating ribeyes. Take care- Lee

I know it's hard losing a dog but Beagles are smart, he can find his way home. Don't give up on him yet amigo.
