2000 GMC Sierra winsheld wipers park

Lately my wipers on my 2000 Sierra started to give me some griev.

I appears that anytime they stop, either in pulse mode or when I turn them off, they stop too far. They start to travel up before they stop, like 1 to 2 inches up from the lowest spot.

I can step outside and push them down a bit and they will go to the lowest spot.

Before they always stoped in the lowest spot.

Is there an ajustment for this, or anything I could do to correct that?, short of replacing the assembly or taking it in.
