They are made by a company called Iggee...they sell on Ebay. It is synthetic leather, it looks and feels like leather...but is stain/abrasion resistant. Here are some links:

Pretty easy actually...hardest part is hooking the straps underneath the seat. It takes a little work to get em smoothed out, but nothing big...

So do these slip over the cloth seat covers, or do you have to take the cloth off first?

Awesome. That's a nice price for a set of those. I have the light grey interior, so I think I'll probably just go with a solid color.
