mounting factory "Denali" 6 disc

Anyone mounted one in a truck like mine? I have the factory single disc head unit, and would like to add the factory 6 disc changer. I think my HU has controls for it. Im told its from a Denali. Ive seen it, but never in a vehicle. Ive seen it on Ebay and a take out at a stereo shop.

 

Anyone have any slick ways to mount it, location wise?

 

Anyone know if my factory HU will control it?
