radiator cap ???

I was under the hood of my silvy cleaning the layer of dirt off the engine compartment and noticed that there is no radiator cap on my truck Is this standard atm with the 05's with the elec fans?

My '01 has the 15# cap on the reservoir. Nothing on radiator.

Been that way since at least 97
