Best way to get 12+

Hello everyone. What is the best way to get a always on 12+ connection. Wire it directly from the battery or from the fuse box under the steering wheel. I am going to be installing a Stream light Stinger Flashlight recharger that needs an always on power supply.

Probably the cigarette lighter would be the easiest place. It's always on.
