New Truck - Problems Noted

I've now got a little over 1000 miles on my new truck, and being a particular fellow about new vehicles, I've noted 2 problems that may or may not be common???

1) The braking seems a little too sensitive. There seems to be a certain spot in the pedal where the brakes all of sudden really grab. Almost as of they're sticking or something?

2) The A/C is sure noisy. You can really hear it whine when the A/C Compressor is in use.

Are these common problems with these trucks, or just problems that are likely to go away with time? Look forward to replies.

I suppose you have an 05'

1. The brakes are normal.... I find brakes with good feel nice, I dont like to have to bury my foot into the peddle to stop. I noticed what your saying when I bought my 05... but got used to it, I rather enjoy the feel. I assume your talking about the way the truck really stops fast in the last 10-15mph... you nearly need to back off the brakes. You'll really enjoy it if you get some weight behind it.

2. The "whine" is probably the dual electric fans kicking on. Normal.
