Take off stuff for sale

Can I list parts for sale in this forum?

We have a Suburban project vehicle that we are always evaluating new parts for.

For instance we are currently doing an article for Street Trucks Magazine on the way to install the PIAA lights and air dam in a Silverado or Suburban, and we have the old airdam and the old fog lights available.

Can I list the stuff, this parts are sold as is and no warranty, and very cheap.
