I'd really like to get a navigation/dvd player that takes place of the factory head unit. I have the steering wheel controls and XM satelite radio. Can youstill use both of these with a NAV unit? Also where can I get one and how much do they run?

If you get the OEM Delphi Nav radio it is plug and play with XM and steering wheel controls.
