Well they are saying we will be getting 4-7 inches of snow today...first substantial snow fall of the year...first one with the new truck so we will be trying out the auto 4 wheel drive like we were talking about in my other thread.

I had the auto 4x4 on my '99 Z71. I liked that option, my '01 doesn't have it.

Well if any of you are going to get the storm we got here in Kansas be ready for a good one...weatherman started out saying 1-3" we got 9" in Lawrence...so I guess he was close...oh and the truck did great...my wife's s-10 blazer, now thats a different story...see my thread in the ask the gm tech area

Yeah last time I was outside last night it was at 5 inches, I woke up around 2:30 this a.m. and i think it was snowing harder then than it did all day...oh well i love this weather

We are supposed to get between 5-8 inches tonite into tomorrow morning. I am kinda dreading the drive to work tomorrow. I should have no problems getting here it is just all the other idiots (you know the ones) on the road. By Sunday I should have about 34 pounds of salt and dirt on the truck that will have to be hosed off! Hehehehee.

~2" here in Bolivar, MO this morning. The Auto 4WD worked flawlessly when I broke the tires loose on purpose. Other than that one time though, this snow is dry enough that my stock Bridgestones never broke loose.
