Chaffed Harness DMAX 04

Anyone else have a bone stock truck with a chaffed harness.

 

Motor ran awful idling like an injector stayed open. Under load there was no problem. Called dealer said to take it in. On the way the check engine light came on. This all started just before a trip on ocassion. 500 miles later light went on no codes. Dealer tore it all apart electrical taped it back together and was fine. Then they rerouted the harness. No problems now. Truck had just over 36K on it. Any bulletins on this etc...
