2005 denali vibration

I have a 2005 Sierra denali pick-up. I'm having a problem with a vibration/hum when crusing down the road. It seems to start at about 35 mph and gets worse as the speed increases. If I pop it out of gear, the vibration goes away. If I just let off the gas it decreases. The Hum and vibration are bad enough that If I have a head ache it will drive me through the roof. Help.

Sounds driveline related as opposed to tires, but I don't have anything specific for ya. Vibrations can be among the most difficult problems to diagnose.

Thanks, I'm just going to have my dealer look at it and see if he can fix it.
