Leaking rear caliper

I was lying underneath my truck, doing a little inspecting when I noticed the inside of the left rear wheel all covered in brake fluid. Taking a closer look I noticed that the fluid is leaking from the caliper (not the line into the caliper). I assume it is from a bad piston seal. My question is, is it just like the older, pre-antilock calipers? Can I just pull it, extract the piston, and change the seal, put it back together, and blead the system? Does the antilock brake system make this impossible? I definately don't want to pay to have this done because it looks real simple. Is there any other seal that I should be looking for?

The caliper is the same or similar to pre anti lock days. But if it were me I'd just exchange it for a rebuilt caliper and be done with it.
