I don't really know where to post this, and I certainly don't want to breech any of the rules regarding posting topics about religion or politics, but I thought it was a funny thing.

 

When one of the reporters went on the air to give her report from Fallujah she said that she asked a man that had just left the polling place, the purple ink still damp on his index finger, if he was a Sunni, Shi'ite, or Kurd. He smiled at her, showed her his finger with the ink on it and said,

 

"I am an Iraqi."

 

 

Good for them.
