Gm truck posi unit??

I knocked out the posi unit in my 2000 GMC sierra. I recently purchased a used one off ebay, and it was out of an older style silverado. I was told it will work in mine but I must change the carrier bearings. can someone please give me the bearing numbers that I need to interchange this. The bearings for the 98 will not work for my 2000 and the bearings on the posi unit are too small for my 2000. Any help would be appreciated.
