Posting an .avi file help, please

Could someone help so I can post a video to this forum, its about a problem I've been having and would to show you people.

 

I've been trying to find a web site that I can upload the vid to, (its 139mb or 25 seconds) then use the hyperlink here.

 

So does any one know of a good site?

Not sure if car domain can do vids, forgot my password any.......
