noise from rear pop out window

I'm getting quite a bit of wind noise from the pop out window on the passenger side of my 2005 ext cab Sierra.

 

I think there is a TSB on this # 990848001, bulletin seq # 957 Nhtsa item # SB60657B.

 

Could you tell me what this TSB says and what is GM doing to correct this.

Try turning on the recirc. button on the HVAC controls, that'll equallize the air pressure on the rear windows.

I've tried turning on the recirc several times. Does not make a difference. I know it is the rear passenger window . I taped around the window with masking tape and the wind noise went away. Will be taking to the dealer tomorrow. Don't know what to expect. I asked the service writer on the phone if they had seen this problen and he said NO.

I just got back from the Dealer. They are replacing the pop-out window. They said it had to set over night so they gave me a loner. Hope this fixes the problem.

Up-date. The Dealer replaced the passenger side pop-out window. No wind noise BUT they put in a window with a scratch in it. It is very noticable. I hate to have service work at the dealer. They had to have seen it. They must think people are stupid.

Any way I am taking it back monday. Who knows what they will screw up this time.
