I have a Yukon Xl Denali and, to me, around the tail-gate window are these UGLY PLASTIC things. I want to find out what the name of these are so i can find a different part for it.

Are you referring to those plastic pieces on the right and left sides of the rear window? The ones that look like they're slotted? If so, I've heard them referred to as vent caps.
