Where to buy USA-Spec OEM CD-Changer Cable?

I have a Sierra with the typical (for this place anyway) TNR Nav retrofit and Denali in-dash six-disc changer. My six-disc is currently wire-tapped into the radio harness. This isn't working very well, as I intermittenly lose sound out of either the left or right channel.

 

The OEM-specific "USA-Spec" brand underseat CD changer is *much* more cleanly installed, in that it provides a "go-between" harness that plugs directly into the back of the radio, with the existing factory harness than piggybacking off of it. I want to get one of these and modify the other end of it to work with the Denali six disc.

 

My question is, where can I get one, and cheap? I don't want to pay a marked up retail price but would rather just go factory direct if possible.
