GM Tech,

How you doing Sir?

I'm having a problem with my front end. It's a 1997 Suburban, 2wd. When I apply the brakes the truck jerks to the left. I replaced the balljoints, new rotors, new calipers and it stopped for a day and started to come back to the same pulling to the left.

Is there any thing eles I could do to solve this problem. Thanks in advance

Yep, had some problem with hoses back then. Since it jerks to the left, it would be the right hose that's the problem, but it certainly wouldn't hurt to replace them both.

However, it doesn't make sense that it would be a hose if it went away for a bit after replacing all those other parts. That shouldn't have temporarily fixed a hose problem.

Thanks guys,

Would I have to replace the whole breaklines, or just the flexible part that goes to the caliper.

Just the rubber lines

...Unless the manipulation of the caliper temporarily rearranged the defective hose to a position where it was less likely to collapse...until after driving it for a few hours allowed it to slither back to its old location.

Well I finally got around to putting on the Brake hose. And test drove it and its AOK  . I was going to change the left also, but here in a bit I'm going to put SS hoses soon. Thanks for the help. :seeya:
