Auto to manual conversion

Hey GM-Tec, I hope your feeling better and have made a full recovery from your operation!

 

I just have a quick couple of questions, My vehicle is a 1996 Silverado k1500 ext z71. It has the 5.0L. I was wondering if there is any possibility of an automatic to manual conversion for my truck. Also, If I were to make the conversion, would i need to change anything else? Thank you for your time!
