safe keyed 12v Power supply

Is there a good place in the fuse box to do this? I see all those pins sticking up and wondered if any those will work. Tested some of them and it seems some are hot when key is on. Is that what those are for? Or are those part of something else?

I had a similar problem when looking for a place to get switched power for my CB radio. I posted all the info I found, and how I finally got the switched power in this thread.

I just stuck my hot lead for my CB in the 20Amp fuse slot on the DS fuse box...it works great i just shove the fuse right back in with the wire.
