rear brakes

Trying to get rear rotor off, somthing to do with emergency brake cable to release, not sure what to do? 2000 chev silverado 1500 series

If you're replacing the rotor... get rammy with it... beat it with a hammer... force it off... or if your e-brake is stuck on, spray penetrating fluid on the release spring and try and pry it free with a small prybar. be careful, when it frees itself it will snap open
