4.3L Engine Swap

I want to awap a 4.3L v6 for my 2.5L in my 91 S10. Has anyone done this?Does anyone know how complicated this is and whether or not the transmission will need to be replaced?

im pretty sure the 4.3 is a 90 degree and the 2.5 is 60 degree so they dont match up

  I scanned it with my FoxWell NT 630+, which is supposed to be able to catch seat belt warnings, and got nothing.
