Grade of Gasoline in 454

I've been using mid-grade gas forever in my 454. Is this really necessary? I use this rig primarily to tow a 7500 lb. travel trailer and only put on about 5K miles per year nowadays.

There should be a sticker on the gas door "unleaded regular" and in your owners manual it will tell you what gas to use. Useing anything other than regular is a waste of money and will cause slower burning and carbon buildup.
