Link to another topic in "Ask The GM Tech"

Hi, above is a link to my big topic about that trouble that has been keeping me from sleeping for months ;) Just read the first message and my last reply, you'll know enough.

Well, I haven't had any reply for a long time there so I ask for some clues here.

I'd like first, to know if there's a direct link between engine temperature and its hesitation.

Really any clue are welcome, Thank you!

Have you checked for vacuum leaks? I had a F@#D Explorer once that did something similar. Turned out to be a vacuum line.

Check the mounting bolts at the intake manifold for tightness, and make sure that all vacuum hoses are connected and in good condition. You can listen for vacuum leaks by taking a length of fuel hose held against your ear while the engine is running. You will hear a hissing sound in the area of the leak. Be careful around any moving parts.

Good Luck.
