Split side exhaust

I am looking at the Flowmaster 17265 exhaust cat-back system for my 05 silverado ext cab. Does anyone have this exhaust that exits out behind the rear tires on each side? I am mainly curious if the driver side exit gets in the way of anything under the truck? Input is appreciated, thanks!

I have this system on my 04 Silverado Ext Cab and it fits great with no interference problems at all. System installed in about 3 hours.
