Coolant Leak chevy s10

I have a 1998 S10 4.3 Vortec.

 

It's leaking coolant from the area where the radiator intake hose comes off metal (I don't even know what it's called = newbie) before traveling to the radiator. When I start the engine, the thing leaks like a sieve. About 5 months ago, I had the lower intake manifold gasket redone (so says my sales receipt). Is this the same thing they fixed or something totally new (and expensive)??????????

Sounds like it might be just be a loose clamp. Just try tightening it first.
