Stereo working but diplay is not!

I have a 04 Envoy and the stereo will work if I use the controls from my steering wheel, but I am blind as there is nothing on the deck and none of the buttons on the deck with the exception of the power button are working. I can't even eject the CD.

 

Has anyone else had this type of problem.

Yes, I have in my TB, they replaced the radio under warranty.
