How do you remove Steering Wheel

Does anyone have a DYI for removing a steering wheel and airbag from a 2004 GMC ENVOY?

The air bag module is removed by using a punch through the small holes on each side of the steering wheel. You have to feel around and take your time. Bad setup in my opinion. To get the wheel off you will need a puller and adapters with hooks on the ends. To be honest it might be easier to have it done at a dealer.

Here is a great tutorial for that proceedure. I used it when I added steering wheel buttons to my 05 silverado.

Those directions are great does anyone know that can add to them the replacement of the clockspring or coil. That is what is wrong with mine. Is is somthing that can be done. Any info would be great.
