bought this off ebay. i'm the 2nd owner. it works, i've tried in a friends 2004 SIerra

 

Unfortunatly, it does not work in my 2006 Sierra because of the RSE

 

I bought for $100usd + shipping - will sell for $100usd or $100 can if shipped in Canada

 

I am a small business owner (non vehicle related) and can accept PayPal, Visa and M/C
