Double Din, Non Dvd, New Head Unit???

I have a 05 Silverado Crew, 1500, non hd, and I am looking to replace the head unit and add two subs behind the rear seat. I have the bose speaker system with the regular cd player with tape. I want a new double din head unit, with the option to hook up my ipod, and dvd or ps2 later on, or ps3 when that comes out. Right now, video is not a concern, but I want the flexibility. I also want to make sure that I can still use the steering wheel controls and xm and onstar. So basically needs to run the stock system plus two 10's. I usually do the install but dont want to do this one, so if any one can recomend a good custom shop in the los angeles area, it would be appreciated.
