Truck got line-x'd today, installed my custom sub box/amp rack and put in Silverstar low/high beams. Decided to keep my factory HU and run a line out for the amp.

Bahk, just wish there was something i could do to get a box like that under my back seat with the subs i want....I have yet to understand why the 94-99 classic ext cabs have such a low sitting back seat.

 

I guess i am gonna have to draw up someway of getting my subs in without taking the bench out.

I had a buddy that had a 96-98 C/K Ext. Cab and he was able to have a custom sub box made to go under his backseat. Actually his girlfriend had it done for his birthday. It housed two 10" subs that faced foward. The only problem with facing them foward is that you gotta make sure nobody kicks them...

Yeah, i have seen the boxes that fit under the seats, but my subs are 12's and have a 6.5" mounting depth, the seat is 5 inches off the floor.

Thanks guys. Truck goes in for the tint and tire/wheels on thursday. I crancked the t-bars good and level tonight so shoul sllok good untill I find a 6" lift.
