03 Service airbag

Has anyone had their service airbag message come up? What was done to fix the problem? I hope it's like the service 4wd where a simple flash with the scan tool takes care of it.

I had the airbag light come on twice, after the second stop/restart it went off. I went under the truck and made sure the connections between the wiring harness and the airbag sensors in the bumper were tight. They have little orange tags/plastic around them. Just press the pieces together to make sure they're tight. See if this helps. There is one sensor on each side of the bumper (where the frame and bumper meet).

I had mine come on every time it rained or I went through a carwash. Turned out I didnt seal up the grommet in the drivers door jamb good enough so water was coming inside the cab and shorting out the wiring in the kick panel. Dont know if you'd have the same problem if you havent run any after market stuff in through the door.
