Workout routines

Well,

after about a two year break, I decided I need to start lifting weights again.  Back when I was in high school I would lift every day, but that was doing squats, bench press and hang cleans.  Right now I really just want an upper body workout routine to follow, because I hate squats.

So anybody here have a good routine they like to follow?

If you knew my workout schedule, you'd point and laugh.

Can't be any worse then the 12oz. curls I've been doing alot of lately.  LOL

Can you do 10 a day like I do. (Well, it might not be the same (ah hem) "Weight substance".) LOL

I just recently decided to get myself in better shape. I'm lucky though. I have a Physical Fitness Coordinator in my squadron that was a high school baseball jock. He whips us pretty hard some days.

Some days are easy and then he has the "killers". I guess the part I like best is that I'm with 15 other miserable out of shape people.

I also quit smoking last Sunday!

My work out is done every other day, bench press; reclining forward fly;one arm row using bench for support; forarm curl;one arm curl; tricep extension;seated leg lift;and reverse leg curl. Takes about 30 to 35 minutes.
