Quick question--Is this the stock grille/brush guard? I got this picture off another post and I am actually liking the grille guard. Chevrolet.com has a grille guard listed as an accessory but no picture. Any help would be appreiciated. Thanks

My bad. I posted up some pics in the Darkroom section.

It was quite the hassle, I ended up ordering it locally through the dealer. I recieved it rather quickly. I had to disasemble the front end to mount the brackets, I really hope I never get in a collision above the bumper, there is nothing but plastic in front of the radiator!

Of course when I went to put it on the back of the guard was cracked where the plastic meets. So I had to take the front end apart again remove the brackets and return the guard. Two weeks later I got another one (after sitting in the parts department for a week...."I thought I called you"). So once again I took the front end apart put the brackets on and mounted the guard....one catch it completely covered the license plate. Its law in Mass to have two plates visible, so I know with my luck I would get a ticket, so I took the guard off............again. So I re-read the instructions and in it says license plate bracket sold seperately  . So I ordered a plate bracket from a dealer by my house (different than the one I got the guard from), I looked online and they were backordered (had the part number). The dealer said they had one in their warehouse and it would be in the next day and costs 20$, great I said. So I went in the next day and the parts guy , who was pretty cool, said the guy in the warehouse had it in hand but somehow lost it, cant find it and now the bracket is on national back order :D . So I waited another week finally got the bracket and mounted it, but I had to remove the plastic inserts around the tow hooks. Facn8me posted it was waaaay too much plastic and he was right on, it is way overpriced........but I do like it, the plastic matches the fender flares and mud flaps. It really should be half the price. But I had some money "STORED" asided from my wife LOL and had to dump it, should have gotten an exhaust but its all good. She hated my Corsa exhaust on my last Silverado.
