Truck has rough idle in park and bogs down when in gear. I have changed fuel pump, fuel filter, and the air idle sensor that screws into the side of the throttle body just in front of the egr valve. It dosent want to shift when under a load. 65,000 miles. I also replaced the cap & rotor I need some more advice. I just replaced the EGR valve and that didn't do anything either.

I'm curious how you came up with THAT diagnosis?

I would have a back pressure test done on the exhaust system. Could have cat converter clogged. You also need to have it scanned for codes.

I wouldn't want that guy workin' on my vehicle with that kind of diagnosis
