longer shocks?

cranked torsion bars to level my 97 yukon 2 door 4x4 , now I want to replace shocks , do I need longer front shocks to compensate for the added lift in front, any input appreciated.

Check out Pro Comp ES9000 series, the have a set for the 99-06 trucks that allow 3" more travel... I got them for my 00 Z71 ECSB (2" taller up front w/ Ford keys), and are equal to Rancho RSX's I believe. I see for the late model 97 there 0-2" travel.
