Just purchased a 99 Tahoe

Hi all,

 

I just took ownership of a 99 Tahoe 4WD with a 5.7L Vortec motor and 117K miles.

 

It needs a lot of TLC and I am hoping to get some advice here. I am a previous Toyota owner and I know how those guys are to help out and I am hoping for the same...

 

 

It is in dire need of a tune up. I am not money heavy and am looking to do this the best way possible for the dollar. I know the air filter is cruddy, plugs are worn out etc... Wires most likely need replacing etc...

 

What is the best way to go for this motor? It also has service engine soon light, told for the O2 sensor at the Cat conv. What can be done about that?

 

There is also a small exhaust leak at the pass side manifold to the downpipe. The exhaust is all origonal, what is recommended for a replacement should I hit the lottery?
