Playing arround a tech 2on my 2002 tahoe and came up with a p0300 misfire?

My truck runs rough on intial start up when cold but clears up when warm, now check engine light stays on. Getting ready to take it in but any info will be greatly appreciated

Look at the misfire graph when you start it cold and see if you can tell which cylinder is the problem.
