Nav and DVD Together but NO Sound

I finished up the install of my factory Panasonic DVD Player this evening into my 04 Silverado. It works well and everything is great except I have the Navigation Radio and for some reason I can't get the sound of the movie to come through the speakers in the cab like I am able to if I have the Factory 6 Disc Head Unit plugged in. Does anyone know what I might need to to?
