Are they painted? Chances are they won't last long if they are just painted steel. What's the gauge of the metal?

The paint will burn off after awhile and you will be left with bare metal. 16 gauge is not that thick.

I would be spending extra money and look at ceramic coated headers with thicker material in the tubes. Most ceramic coated headers will have the coating on th einside and that keeps the tube srom rusting and even cuts the sound some.

The higher-end headers will be tuned for the application and that's where you will see an increase in power and even fuel mileage.

Chances are the fit will be closer as shorty headers still need to connect to the existing factory exhaust system

The cost will be higher, but in the long run, you will get a better product that lasts much longer and get better performance.
