2001 Yukon High Mount Brake Light

My high-mount brake light on my 2001 GMC Yukon is out. I took off the light enclosure but could not find anywhere to replace a bulb or open the enclosure.

 

Does anyone know if there is a bulb inside, or is it some type of self-contained LED unit that has to be replaced as a whole?

 

I took it to Autozone but they were no help. Thanks for any help you can give...
