Fuel Pressure Regulator EMERGENCY

I have a major emergency!! I was replacing mine a little while ago and couldnt get it in, so I pulled it back out, and I think it went into the fuel rail!!! How hard is it to get it out. I can't see if, so if it is in there it rolled down the rail! Can someone please tell me some steps to remove the rail so I can try to get it out!!!! I feel like a complete idiot, but I need the truck for work tomorrow! 10000 Thanks in advance!

All fixed, but I have some advice for anyone who is going to change theirs. Put the small O ring in the hole first, if possible cover the bottom hole, or the fuel rail opening with a rag or something to make sure it does not fall down there, and once you position the regulator on there do not pull it off, that is when my oring went into the rail. One more thing, If you have the time, remove the rail it was much easier to put it on with the rail off the truck.
